What is Foundations?

The Foundations program is a 15-week live, virtual group that guides participants through the comprehensive Walk Untangled curriculum.

For roughly 90 minutes every week, we come together as a group to explore what we're discovering through Walk Untangled. It's a space where we open up, pray, and encourage each other as God helps us see the hurts and lies we've believed, which have been stopping us from experiencing His peace, victory, and rest. After walking together with many groups, we've discovered that shared group experiences are vital for personal transformation.

What Do I Need To Know?

Foundations is a 15 week online group experience that we offer two times each year, beginning in January and September. Each participant will have a unique login to the Foundations portal with access to your online community for group posting, direct messaging, shared calendar, and core Walk Untangled material. Included in your access are the additional required resources for your Network 220 certification should you decide to continue on that path.

Participants meet each week for 90 minutes as a group and have weekly assignments to complete prior to each session. Participants should allocate about 2 hours per week to complete the assignments (not including the 90 minute group session). For the best group dynamics, each group has about 4-8 participants.

The program fee is $350.

Network 220

The Exchanged Life Center is a member of Network 220 (named after Galatians 2:20), which is an international network of over 110 churches, counseling ministries, and training ministries. Network 220 establishes the framework for the Discipleship Counselor certification. Individual training organizations develop their own unique curriculum aligned with the certification requirements. Completion of Foundations through the Exchanged Life Center (along with the additional required reading and media) and successful completion of the Practicum fulfills the requirements for the Network 220 Discipleship Counseling certification.
